Your card will be charged every month on the same day of your sign up date.

A 6-month minimum commitment is required. Cancel any time after this period. Written notice is required.

Missed a month? Services roll over. Credit must be claimed within 3 months or they expire.

Missed month credits can be shared with friends or family (3 x year). Appointment must be booked by member.

Credits can be used in exchange for retail products (2 x year).

There are No refunds for unused services. Credits are not redeemable for cash
