In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
If you do not reschedule or cancel within the 48 hour notice, this will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked service with the card on file.
"No shows" on the day will be charged 100% of the booked service with the card on file.

We understand life can get in the way.
If you're running late, please give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you by appointing a shorter treatment or rescheduling you for another time.
Please note that you will still be charged for the full treatment scheduled.
As a courtesy to other scheduled clients, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your scheduled appointment will be considered as a 'no show' and you will be charged 100% of the booked service with the card on file.

We will gladly accept returns of skincare products purchased at Skin Aegis if they are in their original, unused condition.
Products returned can be exchanged for a new product, credit towards a service, or refunded in full to the original payment method.
Returns must be within a 14 day period, otherwise will not be eligible for return or exchange.
We do not offer refunds for any services provided.
